Fifty participants between the ages of 16 and 28 came of Parliament from throughout New Zealand to draft this Constitution at the EmpowerNZ Workshop on the 28 and 29 August 2012. The Draft Constitution should be read alongside the addendum. You can view the document in three different ways:
